1. NATURE OF THE DIGITAL PRODUCT

In alldigitales.com We sell digital content (video game licenses in the form of primary and secondary accounts) that are not provided on a physical medium. Due to the nature of these products, shipping and delivery of access are done electronically. automatic and immediate ⚡ after payment is confirmed.

2. EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with international electronic commerce regulations and Article 103.m) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users of the European Union, The right of withdrawal and return does NOT apply to the supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium, when performance has begun.

By making a purchase in our store, the User expressly consents to the access data being sent to their email address instantly and acknowledges that it loses its right of withdrawal or refund once such information has been issued.

3. WHEN IS A RETURN OR REFUND ACCEPTED?

Refunds or product exchanges will only be processed in the following exceptional situations:

  • Technical account failure: If the access data provided has a factory error or the license is defective, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 business hours of being notified.

No returns or refunds will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:

  • Non-compliance with the rules: If the account is blocked for trying to change the password, the email, activating the account on more than one console, or for a ban in online mode beyond our control.

  • Connection or space problems: If the client's console does not have enough storage space or their internet connection does not meet the game's requirements.
